Spaghetti with Broccoli and Garlic Sauce
Ingredients:
1 bunch broccoli cut in pieces
1 white potato cubed
1lb spaghetti
¼ cup olive oil
Salt, pepper and garlic salt
Grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
First, bring 2 ½ quarts of water to a boil and add white potatoes. Next boil the potatoes for 3 minutes and then add broccoli. Let the mixture come to a boil and add spaghetti. Boil until al dente. If there is too much liquid, drain some but not all. For the sauce, add olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic salt. To top off this dish, sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top. Enjoy!
