Roasted Garlic Dip
Ingredients:
1 large head of garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 8oz cream cheese softened
¼ cup butter softened
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons fresh minced chives
Dash of black pepper
Directions:
Peel outer skin from garlic lay in a piece of aluminum foil add oil
Dash of salt and pepper
Fold it up, seal completely, Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
Remove from oven let cool
Squeeze out roasted garlic pulp
Beat cream cheese and butter on high till light and fluffy, add garlic and salt and pepper, stir in chives,beat until blended
Serve with toasted Italian bread, crackers or vegetables
