Ingredients:
1 large head of garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 8oz cream cheese softened
¼ cup butter softened
½ teaspoon salt

1 cup sugar
½ cup butter melted
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
2¾ cup flour
1 teaspoon anise seed crushed
