Peppers and Eggs with Potatoes
Ingredients:
3 white potatoes chopped into small pieces
3 Green Peppers chopped into small pieces
1 onion diced
3 Eggs beaten
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 tablespoons Corn oil
1 tablespoon Italian Cheese
Instructions:
First, in a large frying pan, put 2 tablespoons corn oil. Then add potatoes and peppers. Cook until vegetables are soft. Next, add beaten eggs. Stir until eggs are cooked. Then, sprinkle with Italian cheese. Serve on a roll and enjoy!
