Spicy Crab Soup
Ingredients:
1 qt water
4 chicken wings
3 can crushed tomatoes
8oz frozen corn thawed
1 cup frozen peas thawed
1 cup diced potatoes
¾ cup celery chopped
1 large onion diced
1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1lb crab meat
Instructions:
Place water and chicken in a 6 qt soup pot. Cover and simmer over low heat for one hour.
Next, add vegetables and seasoning. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 45 minutes. Last, add crab meat simmer for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
