Ground Beef Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
2lbs ground beef
2 cans crushed tomatoes
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
2 potatoes diced
Directions:
In a large pot, brown the ground beef. Then add in the rest of the ingredients. Cook on medium for an hour. Serve hot with toast or crackers. Enjoy!
